COTTAGE CLASSIFIED 3 STARS
The cottage is locales on the first and second floor of the chalet (ground floor non included). The comfort and the quality of equipments were rewarded by a classification 3 stars in Meublés de tourisme.
1) An exceptional location
You will stay in the heart if the Vallée d’Abondance to Châtel with lits many activities including the unmissable Domaine des Portes du Soleil ski area and the numerous viking and cycling routes, Discovery of local products, family activities… and many others !
You Will not lack activities and visits in the surrounding area throughout the year, in summer and winter !
2) Activities next to the chalet
No need to use transport or take the car to take your kids to their ski club in winter. Les Marmottons – Piou Piou club are located at the end of the chalet’s dead end. In summer, the club becomes the mini golf de Loy which delight the whole family.
At the same place, you can take the shuttle to go anywhere in the valley !
3) Shuttles on site
2mn from the chalet there are two public transport stops which will allow you to travel everywhere without taking out your car. Below the chalet, the Loy shuttle stop to go to Le Linga. Above the chalet, the Ramines stop to go to the center of Châtel or the ski lifts of Pré-La-Joux to directly join Avoriaz.
It couldn’t be more pratical !
4) Local shops
In the center of Châtel, you will find all the local shops necessary for an excellent stay : bakery, butcher shop, restaurants, tobacconists, cheese shop, sports and equipment mental stores, souvenirs, … Good news, the supermarket to La Chapelle d’Abondance is 5mn by car from the chalet. A good way to offer you an alternative to convenience stores of the centrer of Châtel for the shopping during your stay.
5) The calm of the mountain
Imagine yourself relaxing in the heart of unspoiled nature and enjoying the calm of the mountains. The chalet is located at the end of a dead end street near which a small stream passes.
Change of scenery guaranteed !
6) The charm of a neat mountain decoration
The wooden paneled walls and ceilingsn the décorations based on skis from another sera, snowshoes and sleds from another time, everything will immense you in the charm of the region’s typical chalet. We attach gréât importance to the neat decoration of the cottage, in warm and welcoming tones. A cozy and cocooning atmosphere for your greatest pleasure.

On the ground floor : the garage
On the first floor : a large living room (with living room, dining room and kitchen), two bedrooms, WC, bathroom and shower room with WC, balcony
On the second floor : two adjoining bedrooms
9) A modular cottage and quality bedding
The beds can accommodate up to 10 guests.
1st floor : two bedrooms with one queen size bed (160x200cm)
2nd floor : one bedroom with one queen size bed (160x200cm) and one twin bed (90x200cm) and one bedroom with three twin beds (90x200cm). A travel cot is also available for families.
10) to entertain you
If you want to relax on the balcon, you can take advantage of the table, chairs or decks chairs to read a good book.
Everything is planned inside the cottage to entertain you when you return from your outside activities : books are available and numerous board games for family evenings.
11) Garage and parking on site
Unlike a mental in the village center which would require you to pay extra for weekly parking for your vehicles, here you can park on site.
A garage allows you to park one car and one outdoor location is also available.

On your arrival, you will find an extremely detailed welcome booklet with the sites to see, the activities to do, the itineraries and other practical information, … as well as the tourist brochures from the Tourist Office.
